    WEIGHT LIMITS:
    1. Group weight = Weight of all people, gear, supplies and food
    2. Maximum allowable weight:
    • 3 People and 1 raft = 1200 lbs. The raft, motor, and gas weigh 300 lbs which leaves 900 lbs for the rest of people and gear.

Trophy Pike Fishing

PBA drops you off with an inflatable Zodiak Style boat with an outboard motor and 20 gallons of gas. You set up a base camp on the river and then motor to several different lakes and slu’s to fish from each day. This is trophy Pike. Expect to catch fish up to 45 inches or more. Be sure to bring lots of steel leader.

The fishing takes place near the Innoko River. This is home to some of the world’s largest Pike. The best time to fish for these ancient creatures is July 15th through the end of August. Please contact PBA for more information.

 

Drop Off: 
Float Plane from Bethel to a location near the Innoko River.

Trip Duration: 
5 day’s

(ex: Drop off on July 15th, pick up on July 20th)

Maps:

We do not provide maps.  It is suggested that have a GPS or an app on your phone that can help with navigation on the river. Your fishing location will not be discussed until you arrive in Bethel.

Pick Up: 
Float plane back to Bethel.

**PLEASE NOTE:* Due to the commitment of safety to our clients, each group will be required to carry a satellite communication device (ie. Sat Phone, DeLorme, inReach, etc). If you are unable to bring your own device, Papa Bear will provide you with one for a fee.
